Innovate Loan applications

Innovate project support
When you win grant funding (or loan funding) you will need to go through a number of steps to manage your grant project and the claims process to provide the funding body with the information they need to ensure you are delivering the project in your application. Without this, you will not receive funding.

If you have not done this before it can be a daunting process, particularly for small companies. We have managed many grants & loan projects for our own companies and for clients with UK and EU grant funding. We can advise you on record keeping, what costs can and cannot be claimed and generally guide you through the grant claim management process.

We can take care of the key admin tasks leaving you to focus on your project & business including:

       ● Liaising with your appointed monitoring officer (MO) 
       ● Project set-up documentation
       ● Prepare Second level plans
       ● Claim submission & monitoring meetings
       ● Arranging Independent Accountants Reports (IAR)
       ● Project change requests (PCR)

Generally our costs for doing this as part of your project team can be covered by the grant at whatever the intervention level is for your project (Typically 40%, 70% or 100%).
